In the morning of 13th September, the 18th Bruckner film production line (No.:2193 FAF) of Forop Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter abbreviated as “FOROP”) was officially put into production in Fuqing Intelligent Industrial Park of Fujian Province. Wanyan Lin , Vice Mayor of Fuqing government, Xiangyang Ye, Deputy Director of Rongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, Jianjian Mao, Co-President of FOROP, Christoph Bombik, Project Manager of Bruckner and the project team attended the ceremony and witnessed this exciting moment together.

The production line introduced from Bruckner is the world's leading 8.7-meter multi-layer co-extruded film production line, whose mechanical design and automation control adopt cutting-edge technology, and the fastest speed is up to 600 m/min, which is the fastest production line with the same width equipment in China at present. At the same time, the production line also has the world's highest single-line capacity efficiency, the strongest level of equipment automation, energy saving and environmental protection performance, etc., for the company to continue to improve production efficiency, strengthen quality management, and promote energy saving and environmental protection provides a strong protection, to better meet the diversified product needs of global customers.

With the successful commissioning of this production line, the national industrial layout of FOROP has achieved a milestone victory, with five production bases in Fuqing, Nantong, Zhaoqing, Weifang, and Chengdu, all of which have been completed and put into use. FOROP has 18 film production lines in operation now, with an annual production capacity of more than 800,000 tons, a leading scale in the world, and film products are exported both at home and abroad, spreading over 50 countries and regions in six continents, such as Asia, Europe and Africa.
